The Good Food Award was formed with one overriding ambition to synergise awards throughout the catering industry.

Formed in 2002 our revered awards programme has gone on from strength to strength recognising only the very best throughout the United Kingdom. From your local coffee shop to the very best in fine dining, our awards symbolise only the very best in their field and our awards are recognised as the “blue ribbon for delicious dishes”.

Our Good Food Awards are by invitation only and every year we hand pick selected eating establishments to join our prestigious awards programme. Many have received additional publicity and customers from our award thus underlining the importance of our programme.

The Good Food Award was set up to improve food standards and offer a standardised awards programme across the catering industry. We have been founded on independence and integrity, we do not take on advertising and every award is issued based on our strict policy scorecard. Our awards cannot be purchased and are by invitation only, selected premises can then carry our award subject to our licensing fee which also includes promotional materials.
